Hand harvested and manufactured in France, this 100% natural Celtic Sea Salt is unrefined, unwashed, completely additive-free, and alive with active trace minerals. With an ultra-fine grain size (≤ 315 μm), it dissolves instantly and is ideal for adding to your water for hydration, cooking or garnishing your meals.

Coarse Celtic Sea Salt crystals are carefully dried at a low temperature to maintain its naturally rich mineral content. It is finely ground and sifted to create a smooth, powder-like consistency that dissolves instantly.

How to use

• Use in all food preparation to your desired flavour. Ideal for pickling, grilling & everyday cooking.
