Nestled on the foothills of Mount Cole in the Pyrenees region of Victoria, live the happiest chickens to roam the land. Guarded by friendly alpacas and a maremma dog, they are free to explore as far as their little hearts desire. Their mobile houses keep them warm and safe at night and takes them to fresh pasture. Moving across the land, the chickens are an important part of our regenerative system improving the soil, helping to plant forests and sequestering carbon for a better future.
We believe that food is the best medicine and that is why we give our hens the best natural food to ensure that our pasture raised free range eggs are nutrient dense just like nature intended.

Our small herd is composed of black Angus cattle. They represent a big part of our regenerative farming system and provide meat as well.
We take great care of our cattle. They move along the different paddocks of our farm in a quick rotation so they can have grass all year round. They also get mineral supplements to stay healthy as well as re-mineralizing the soil with their manure. This also ensure a very good quality and high nutritional pasture raised free range beef.
We’re protecting the young trees growing in the middle of the paddocks and planting more trees along them to provide our cattle with fodder and shelter. We’ve also worked on improving their pasture, sowing a mix of seeds that we’ve saved and transplanting some plants from our garden.
The hens and the cattle are complementary. While the cows eat the pasture and fertilise it with their amazing cow patties, the hens scratch those cow patties looking for food (insects, larvae, mushrooms etc.) and therefore spread it on the paddock.

We grow veggies, herbs and flowers with care and love. We don't use chemicals in our garden. We'd rather grow everything naturally, alternating perennials and annuals as well as using companion planting. Diversity is the key.
We try to grow as many varieties of herbs as we can to offer you a diverse range of herbal teas and culinary herbs to use in your favourite recipes. We're planting various kind of flowers and medicinal plants all around the veggie patch for us as well as for the bees and other pollinators.
We encourage our plants to seed as we want to save seeds and propagate them on the pasture or the veggie patch.
