Ruth and Walter run a Biodynamic farm on the South West side of Mount Cole forest. Their honeybees live permanently in peace in a Biodynamic farm and garden, surrounded by diverse herb plantations, collections of flowers as well as native shrubs and trees. The hundreds of different flowers and herbs provide an ever changing delicious, sharp and fully aromatic flavour and make this honey so unique.
