These premium quality organic walnuts have been activated in probiotic kombucha, filtered water and Australian rock salt. Mindful Foods’ nuts are incredibly light and crunchy, easy to digest, and a fantastic addition to any salad or snack session.

The nuts have been soaked overnight, then slowly dried below 60°Celsius in a state-of-the-art dehydrator using closed circuit technology, so as to bring you the most delicious, nutritious, clean food possible.

Walnuts are the most transformational nut when they’ve been activated. The bitter tannin taste of raw walnuts becomes a light, crunchy, almost sweet pecan-like nut once gone through the hands of Mindful Foods!
