How to use

Open the container and pour 1/2 a cup of salt into a regular-sized bath or a tablespoon into a foot soak.

Cover the salt with hot water. Allow time for the salt to dissolve and for the water to cool a little.

Fill the bath to your desired level with warm water.

For the best results, keep the water at, or below, body temperature - approximately 36°C. Soak your body for approximately 30 minutes.

Store below 25°C in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
