How to use

Relaxing bath soak: Add 2 cups of Epsom Salt to warm water (not hot) in a standard-sized bathtub. Double the Epsom Salt for an oversized garden tub.

Reviving foot soak: Add 1/2 cup to a bowl of water and soak feet for at least 20 mins.

Topical paste: Dissolve a teaspoon in a cup of hot water. Cool in the fridge for 20 mins. Apply to the affected area.
