In traditional Chinese Medicine Reishi has beneficial indications to improve sleep quality, relieve fatigue and maintain healthy immune system function, tonify the blood, strengthen the lungs, nourish the heart and calm the spirit (Shen). The quality of raw materials being critical, these Reishi are ethically and sustainably sourced from Zhejiang Province. Evolution Botanicals use a dual hot water extraction process (no alcohol used) to maximise the beneficial polysaccharides (β-glucans).

How to use

Stir 1.85g once a day mixed into 250ml water/other drink and consume immediately or as recommended by your health practitioner.
