How to use

Teapot and strainer:

• Place 1 teaspoon of Sage Herbal Tea per 250ml of hot water into a teapot or tea strainer
• Add boiling water and infuse for 5-8 minutes and swirl
• Longer infusion releases fuller flavour and herbal benefits
• Drink up to 3 cups daily.
• Children under 12, no more than 2 cups daily at strength.
