How to use

• Place seeds in the jar and fit the lid
• Fill the jar with clean water and rinse immediately to remove debris
• Refill the jar with water and allow the seeds to soak for a few hours (depending on seed type)
• Invert the jar to drain excess water
• Keep the jar inverted or lying on its side to allow good air ventilation to the germinating seeds
• Store in a bright, warm place but out of direct sunlight
• Every day rinse seeds with clean water and allow to drain freely
• Sprouts should be ready to eat within 3-7 days (depending on seed type)
