To help you sleep better, add a few drops to a burner at night or mix a few drops with sweet almond oil to create a relaxing massage oil. It might also alleviate flu symptoms and relieve respiratory congestion.

How to use
Massage: 4 drops to 10ml carrier oil.
Bath: 2-3 drops in full drawn bath.
Vaporiser: 8-10 drops in a bowl of vaporiser.
Store below 30°C.
