Coarse Celtic Sea Salt crystals are slowly dried at a low temperature then stone milled to create the light fluffy consistency of this special Fine Celtic Sea Salt variety. It remains completely unwashed, unrefined and additive-free, keeping the salt rich in magnesium and trace elements.

This fine ground variety is convenient and easy to use for table or cooking. The original Salt of the Earth’s fine ground maintains the natural sparkle of all the essential minerals and trace elements found in 100% fully mineralised sea salt. Dissolves easily.

Moist fine sea salt is best stored in natural clay or wooden containers that allow the salt to “breathe” like the Acacia Wood Salt Box. This Fine Celtic Sea Salt is ideal for use with the Ceramic Grinder as well.
