This Castor Oil Pack comes in a handy calico storage bag and is made with 100% organic cotton inside fabric. It has a convenient outer waterproof fabric to make it a mess-free experience. It also includes a 100% organic cotton insert which can be used multiple times before washing.

How to use

The reusable flannelet and waterproof fabric wraps make it easy to use mess-free:

• Pour 1-2 tbsp of castor oil onto the soft cotton side of your Castor Oil Pack or on the insert and apply to the affected area.
• Cover the insert with the Castor Oil Pack and leave for a minimum of 1 hour or overnight.
• Place a hot water bottle on top to alleviate pain.

Gentle machine wash, up to 40°C. Line dry.
