How to Use

The pack is easy to use and can be seamlessly incorporated into your regular self-care practices:

• Apply castor oil to the organic cotton insert.
• Place the pack over your knee or elbow area and leave it on for at least 30 minutes.
• For added warmth, you may place a hot water bottle on top.

Gentle machine wash, up to 40°C. Line dry.
