Ruth and Walter run a Biodynamic Farm on the South West side of Mount Cole forest. Their honeybees live permanently in peace in a Biodynamic farm and garden, surrounded by diverse herb plantations, collections of flowers as well as native shrubs and trees. The hundreds of different flowers and herbs provide an ever changing delicious, sharp and fully aromatic flavour and make this honey so unique.

Waldruh Honey is natural, pure and unrefined. Cold extracted, this honey offers a delicious and nutritious blend of healthy pollen, wax and propolis particles. Try some and enjoy the sweet bliss.

- Mount Cole : the beehives that provide this honey are located throughout Ruth and Walter’s biodynamic farm & garden.

- Main Lead : the beehives are situated in the bush and garden of a very beautiful, chemical free property in Raglan, with lots of different kinds of eucalyptus, including Yellow Box.

Different flowers are blooming at different times of the year, and this multitude of pollens and nectars create an ever-changing honey. Textures and colours vary with the seasons, and provide us with a wonderful array of flavours as well.

We suggest you try the honey from different times of the year to experience different flavours.
